Rules for Publication

  1. We do not publish articles (stories and/or columns) that will compromise the integrity, purpose, and the value of WeOuri.

1.1 In efforts to maintain objectivity to both readers and interviewees, WeOuri only publish articles that we, as the publisher, approach the subject (interviewee) of the article first. That means, recommendations for the coverage of a specific interviewee may be taken into consideration for the publication, but that will not be the deciding factor for the final decision.

1.2 In regards to 1.1, furthermore, we do not include advertisements nor sponsorships unrelated to the purpose or the content of the publication(s) that may influence the objectivity of the publication(s). Otherwise, the sponsorship or other form(s) of paid endorsement will be acknowledged and mentioned in the specific publication(s) for transparency purposes.

  2. WeOuri fact check, proofread, revise, and cite the materials and sources used for all publication to respect the subject(s) mentioned in the article (such as image credit, artist info, date, collaborators, and contributors).

Therefore, we can cancel, hold, edit, or withdraw a publication if we believe that there has been a compromise in any content subject to our policy.

WeOuri is a platform where we share the stories of the people behind fingerboarding with the respect for both our readers and interviewees in mind.

Readers may be influenced to some degree on forming an opinion about a brand(s) or their decisions whether to purchase a product from a brand(s) mentioned directly in an article (such as Maker’s Insight) or from a 3rd person perspective (such as Collector’s Appreciation).

However, it is not the responsibility of WeOuri to manage nor to direct the relationship (in context of such as the quality control of product(s), or the customer service) between a brand(s) and its customers. Customer Relationship Management or any other related matter is strictly and fundamentally the responsibility of the brand(s) , which WeOuri do not and will not be involved nor tolerate with.
